Business Plans, Investors, and franchisees
At present I am conducting research for opening a high-end tea emporium/house.
We have yet to decide if a franchisee or sole investor is the best option and we are working on an area specific feasibility study and business plan.
Can anyone offer information on franchisee opportunities in the US?
Also any information on this matter or advice based on experience would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Angela

Angela,
Two franchise options immediately come to mind: Tealuxe and Teavana. The former is found at http://www.tealuxe.com The latter is http://www.teavana.com
For ideas on doing something on your own, please view the many tearoom reviews posted on Tea Muse and Tea Map. The links for both are: http://www.teamuse.com and http://www.teamap.com
Hope this helps. Please keep us posted of your progress,
Michael

Thanks for the note.
You may wish to peruse the archives of our old newsletter, TeaSmart.
