Need your opinion - ancient Pu-erh Palace organic -Rishi

Has anyone tried this tea ? I would really like to try some. My first and only Pu-erh was from TenRen - about 50 $ / lb. I truly loved the scent which reminded me of the 1st monsoon rain.

Its not that bad of a shupu, but its not on the same level as much of the pu the enthusiasts here enjoy, so you probably wont see a lot of rave reviews. You could do worse, but you could do better, too. Though if you're not as expereinced with pu yet, you'll probably like it just fine.

If so, it's a pretty decent shupu. A great start.

Yeah, Wes, I am going on that assumption, too. If it is not the same as pu as the maiden, than I really don't know.

A rinse with boiling water, followed by flash-to-short infusions.

If your gonna go with rishi, I recommend their tuo-cha. They carry the loose that you refer to as well as the tuos at my local wegman's, so I've tried both. Anyway, it's a good shu imho... I've gotten better, but I've also gotten A LOT worse.
