Hi folks.

I started tasting tea seriously four months ago, and I, too, am a tea-aholic.
I used to taste wine professionally, so exploring the new range of scents and flavors in tea has been very exciting.

I'm starting to build a foundation for my tastings by covering Chinese oolongs and by getting a foothold with Pu-erhs. At this point I'm starting my days with rock tea, drinking a TKY in the afternoon and a dancong in the evening. Sometimes I taste whites and yellows later in the evening, and I recently tasted an extraordinary loose green pu-erh, Ya Bao, available from royalpuer or teaspring -- do yourself a favor and taste this tea if you can; it tastes more like a great white tea than a green.

This is just a quick hello.

I'll post when I can,

Regards,

Bruce
