Themed Tea Event
I have a complete Geisha (maiko to be exact), outfit and someone suggested to me that I offer my services to local tea houses as a hostess for their themed events (such as an asian tea event).
I also have a super cute, and unique Alice in Wonderland outfit.
What are your thoughts on this?
What kinds of rated do you think I should charge?
What sort of things would YOU (as if you were hiring me) would expect of me?

Be able to make a proper cup of matcha, I'd think, would be the absolute minimum. That, and know some proper Maiko etiquette, but I guess without a chaperone, you're already not doing it properly :p
It also sort of depends on where you are, no?

I just completed my senior geisha costume, and so I beleive I shall me wearing that out instead. It's easier to take care of
I have just booked a tea house event - and I will be taking photos. They are doing a month long asian tea feature - and are getting mass publicity from this. I will be attending in costume to help make the asian themed tea month a little more fun
