They can patent that?

Looks like it's only designed for health reasons.

"polyphenal antioxidents"... aren't polyphenals the chemicals that cause oxidation when the leaves are rolled to break down the cell walls? I thought it was also what caused the coloration of the tea... how does that have to do with antioxidents and your health?

I think the polyphenols are the antioxidents.

What they're patenting, I believe, is the process by which they do whatever it is they're doing.

I don't see a patent pending anything on that page. If anything it could be their bottle as I have never seen a bottle like that.

Unless "potent" was misread as patent.

I personally do like their juices and when I first saw them I definitely fell in love with their bottle design. Very unique.

I've also noticed how some local coffee/tea shops are introducing some pomegranate and tea lattes. Pretty good stuff.

I have a small write up of it paper street blog

I saw those at a grocery store, 18 grams of sugar per serving in a two serving bottle. "Yes I'd like some tea with my fructose"
