Let's see... I'd love to be at the top of a giant redwood (I love trees with a passion); I've been at the top of a skyscraper and thought it was really cool (I'm from NYC, enough said  ); a mountaintop tea garden would be insanely amazing because it sounds beautiful and serene; orbiting Earth would also be super neat (I went through a phase during elementary school where I wanted to be an astronaut); and definitely, "where no man has gone before". Hey, I'm a total Trekkie, what can I say?

Chrysanthemum pu-erh this morning; about to make myself some lavender sencha.

I picked mountain top tea garden. No surprise there. I've been to many mountain top tea gardens and they're wonderful, but my favorite spot is near my home. In Guilin, the mountains are everywhere and most of them have caves. There is one not too far from my house that has a cave near the top. I like to go there alone and just enjoy tea and the scenery. It's a lot of work hauling tea ware up the mountain, but it is so worth it! The views are spectacular!!!

I am not particularly afraid of heights and would gladly go to the top of the hospitable portions of our planet. Everest? No thanks: too much work. Outer space? Count me out. I prefer oxygenated environs.

Such a great tea! I agree completely. You could get some shui xian from China for comparison. The other roasted teas i
ve had from flt have been good but not similar to shui xian.

Awesome photo Adam. Thanks for sharing your Kashun and YM LE with us!

As always, enjoyed everyone's TD posts!

Great TD, began with Kiwami from Zencha with the Mrs, next up Pu-OTTI #3 ... still working on this and really enjoying it. And finishing with Musashi Karigane from O-Cha.
