My tastes have changed a bit, I think I would choose tgy... the difference is drinkability :) But seriously, I'd choose tgy because there is just such a simple complexity to it, I can steep it over and over and get a different tea every time, I doubt I'll ever get tired of it :)

Whoa, thread revival!

... and mine have not it seems.

Sencha first.

Lapsang Souchong a dead last ... but I would drink it if it was the last of the last.

There are many teas that I would never drink regardless of the circumstances.

Well this thread started 7 months before I joined, but even then, before I joined I was drinking OOLONG and still it is my favorite. :)

Just one tea?! That sounds terrible. I think I would just drink hot water...

I could drink nothing oolong forever, toss up between dan cong and this amazing milk oolong I had the other day. I could definitely do without anything in a tea bag. :P Included in that would be one of the worst teas I ever tried, Yogi Tea Mexican Sweet Chili .

Either pu-erh or green tea... It's too hard to decide! I absolutely love both.

The last tea I would drink on earth is probably Twinings Earl Grey; it almost always turns out too acidic. There are many teas that I would never, never, never drink again (or even for the first time)-- I would just drink coffee instead.

That sounds positively disgusting! Most yogi teas are though.

Not very Mexican either, the "tea" they drink is fruity and sweet tisanes and hibiscus iced tea.

I actually like it a lot oddly enough. The first time I tried it was at a tea tasting. When the person running asked what I thought I said, it tastes like burnt rubber but in a good way. :P

It is not every day that I am quoted virtually 3 years later, and to think it would be about LS. The irony.

I softened my stance 3 years later though ...

So, I would drink LS now. And still sencha is the numero uno 3 years later.

Baozhong if I could choose only one - but I'd be pissed.

Lipton bottled green tea for last - I'd drink it, but again, I'd be pissed.
