These are my recently acquired pots.

They were both purchased in Toronto's Chinatown so I am realistic about what they are. I really know nothing about them. The blue grey one has already been dedicated to yancha. It has pretty thick walls and is 100ml and pours out in about 8s. It has seals on the bottom, the base of the handle and two on the lid. It also has a saying or poem etched on its opposite side.

The brown one is about 150ml it pours in about 8s. I am still trying to decide what I want to use it for. Either greener rolled Oolong's or black teas as I have not developed enough of a puerh habit to dedicate a pot to it yet. It is thinner walled than the first one. It has seals on the lid and on the bottom.
My question is whether 150ml is really to big for rolled Oolong's when I usually make more than 12 infusions?

It's hard to tell with such grainy photos but they look well crafted to me. Nice artwork.

Thanks for putting it into perspective. Although I have done this before, it is not a regular thing. Black teas are probably a better choice for it then if I want the pot to get any regular use.

Thanks futurebird. Sorry for the picture quality. This device doesn't have the best resolution. I've been using the 100ml one regularly and have been quite happy with it.

You can find it in my dreams. Or at Kingston's place.

You never know. You'll find it at my place one day. And if you want, you can come over and have some tea.

Or, occasionally, in a shop in Bangkok. Won't be inexpensive.

Before asking where to find it, do you have a few thousands dollars to spend?
