I can't stand puerh in a gaiwan, the yixing takes that bite off the first few infusions it seems. anyone else have that experience?Salsero wrote:I almost dumped the 3 gr of tea out of the little gaiwan and into the trash, but the 4th infusion was pretty good, much better than the third and I went on for a total of eight or nine very nice infusions after the initial 3 that I didn't care for. The nice infusions tasted cocoa-like and malty.

As this edition of TeaDay is drawing to a close, I have to wonder if the move to its new better location has caused a few of our TeaChatters to get lost...hopefully they will find us tomorrow.
Dang it, if I only have 2 teas tomorrow, I might go crazy. 4 or bust.
