I voted for black because that is what I usually drink.

BUT this morning I'm going to try the Oolong I have in my pantry. I guess I need to give it another try, since it is so popular and all.

Have a wonderful Tea Day!

Black tea is "red"
Wuyi oolong makes me blue
Sencha is sweet
and astringent too

Give me an oolong
that wants to be green
Lightly oxidized
is what it is called

Oolongonians
will awake tomorrow
finding your TeaChat
unobtainium

I will ban thee
but turn to the green
and I will grant thee
tea that is truly sweet
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!

Ahh a lovely poem.

Is this your way of accepting defeat?

Reveling in a new baozhong from Stephane (teamasters) brewed in a new YiXing from Stephane (teamasters).

All I can say really is wow. I asked for a recommend and gave him my tastes in Baozhong and he delivered on all counts. :D

(oolong) <---is this the new correct spelling for it now?

I again had to vote oolong. I'm telling the truth. It IS my all time favorite.

Right now I am drinking some oversteeped in too-hotwater Silver Needle. It's bitter and nutty, kind of like the papery layer of skin around walnut pieces. I think I better dump it and do another fresh steep

My favorite all time teas are oolongs, but I have not given up yet on greens!

This morning, I enjoyed a nice mug of Birthday Cake to get me going.

"WULONG"

Yikes, the rout is on!

You know all the green tea drinkers are BASE jumping today...and thus cannot vote.

Baozhong...another green wannabe and a good friend of mine
is there any other? ;)

http://tinyurl.com/52pv7s - it's the 'sub-tropical forrest' one on that review.

Face it, oolongs have it all, greeness, blackness, wildness, tameness, astringency, smoothness, tartness, you name it, oolongs got it.
