It says "Kaga Kutani" (加賀九谷 top to bottom, right to left; it's upside down in the photo), which I suppose identifies the style of porcelain (kutaniyaki; Kutani is also the name of a place) and area of production (Kaga), rather than an individual artist.

Teabud,

Wang Yinchun was a famous Master. This pot should be very valuable plus, it is beautiful. She is also featured in the book call 'Yixing Pottery' from the Arts of China series of books. Do you use it to brew tea?

Hopefully, you will post some more from your collection.

I guess there is a limit to how many pictures you can put up. I do not know when I can post more. but love to share my love for Yixing teapots. I was mentored back in 1976 by a tea master Wu, in Hong Kong. I was in R and R from the Navy. I was stationed in Philippines, I flew to Hong Kong, where I found this old dusty shop. There I met my tea master who gave me a life long love. The art of tea and utilitarian art form yixing clay.

Mr. Wu, mentored me in what to look for in a fine teapot. I saved up my money and bought most of his collection he was selling. I will share pictures of his teapots. At that time in 1976, he was 80 years old. I knew him for 3 years after that. Then never saw him again. But his love for the art, lives in my heart and I share it with all I know.

The many tea pots I so loved and cared for jumped into the public forum. To make a long story short, they where put on public display at many Asian art museum in US. The teapots took a life of there own. I am only the care taker.
