Just need to report that my chawan is a marvelous vehicle for consuming all sorts of tea.
I decided that there was no point in waiting for matcha to happen...so have been enjoying it with sencha, oolongs, and white teas. It definitely seems to enhance a wide variety of teas.....
Next weekend, I need to get out the camera and share how pretty it is with some tea in it.

Debunix, I just can't stop staring at any picture involving your Chawan. The colors and the way the glaze cooked/crackled is simply marvelous! A great addition to the collection.
Where can I find Petr's current offerings online? Wanted to see if he had any shiboridashi sets left over from the last firing...

I am happy from exchange too, Andrzej. I was just keeping myself back from posting picture of your piece, because I was afraid that TeaChaters will buy only your work when seeing it:) But I am going to give up...it is perfect! http://www.teachat.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 44#p208844andrzej bero wrote:Fruit of our exhange with Petr just arrived. never demanding, just quietly radiating its beauty
until I couldn't stand it anymore and had to start using it, even without matcha. And, it fits so well in my hand that I keep using it.
