ROCK on ... the selection process is now expired for the preorder members. Anyone who did not submit their choices, I will have to select one for you.
And for anyone interested, here is my photobucket album for this SSO16 Eiichi ROCKs. http://s285.photobucket.com/albums/ll60 ... 1QQtppZZ28
The two most pop picks, #9 and 10

I should have said the member selection process has expired... now comes what is always the most challenging part ...
This time, a lottery system and not taking chronology of time received into account.

Woo hoo! Very awesome...
I guess I'm not too surprised that #9 was so popular, with the different signature and what not. Very cool way that he signed his name with "ei" up front and the "ichi" behind it.
But of course... that's why I didn't go for #9...

I reallllly like #11, this is so reminiscent of rocks found around here with quartz running through them. Alas, not to be though. Number 11 was pop, but 12 was even more so ... anyone see Mr. ROCK in #12???
I ranked pieces as I was choosing, interestingly #11 was my highest ranked ROCK, but I did not choose for reasons to be revealed ... they were all so amazing though, I chose 19 faves. And yeah, #12 was one of them too. So was #10 pictured in the previous post. The most pop #9 did not even make my fave 19 list.

I received many great PMs, thanks everyone! I found this one most quotable! I think you would all agree ...
I hope debunix will not mind my quoting ... I just wanted to share it with everyone.debunix wrote:Surreal to contemplate owning a piece of the unstable earth of Japan, but it feels good to be supporting the artisans there in a very direct way right now.

Another very pop pick was #2, although 1 had a very good following as well.
9-14 all had verrry strong followings. Here is 13 and 14. A lot of members like the "swish."

9-14 had the prettiest "innards". The other rocks were almost entirely glazed on the inside, while the glaze inside these looks gloopy, uneven, and marvelous.Chip wrote:9-14 all had verrry strong followings.

Today is a wintry day here, with cold heavy rain, wind, even some lightning. It's not as cold as this place was in a winter a few years back:
