Re: Emmett - more yanqinghao teas available
Just wanted to +1 this. I did the last group order with Emmett and he and the teas are the real deal. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in semi-aged premium teas.

It's not going to be forever that these mid-aught cakes are dribbled out for rent money. AFAIK, the affordable cakes are a tier less the best stuff, but aside from thinner soup viscosity, represent material that costs way more freshly picked today than what they're sold with ~decade worth of age.
If you can afford it and you like your aged Yiwu, consider potentially joining in.

Re: Emmett - more yanqinghao teas available
Thanks Guys,
And yes prices are going up, so after this order they are raising there prices on me.
This group order is to save on shipping and get some good stuff at a good price.
What do I get out of it? A discount on shipping and if I get a big enough order a discount on my tea plus free samples.
Shipping is pretty fast from them.
payment will be with PayPal friends and family so I don't get any fees, and I send them payment the same way.
Once I get the teas in I let you know shipping from me to you and you can send the shipping payment also.

+1. Emmett here is a solid fellow, two thumbs up for his generous effort to organize this!
Re: Emmett - more yanqinghao teas available
One more note...having seen what the price list of available options are like, yeah, some of these teas are relatively cheap. One thing I'd direct prospective teachatters to, is the 2011 Bulang. It's priced at $140/500g. If that is a serious Bulang, it is *very* cheap compared to norms! Plenty of cheap Bulangs, though, and Yangqinghao is definitely a Yiwu area sort of brand, compared to Sanhetang, etc.
Re: Emmett - more yanqinghao teas available
The info I have from yang on the bulang is its from ancient trees, 300-500 years. Spring hand picked stone pressed, natural drying.
It is very drinkable for a young tea.
Very different from the others.
It was the only tea he made in 2011 and was there last pressing as far as I know.
There are two 2010 products I'm waiting on info and price still.

I don't know about the age of the trees though, they always just estimate I'm sure
Re: Emmett - more yanqinghao teas available
I'll shoot you an email one way or the other tonight if that's alright.
Re: Emmett - more yanqinghao teas available
Group order closed. You can still order but will have to pay full shipping costs plus price increase.
