I'm with CynTEAa - the waiting bit isn't fun. I'm not patient enough to wait for cold brewing and don't plan ahead enough to have it on hand when I want it. I've done it before and enjoyed it, but I'm just overall not a huge iced tea fan.

I'm not entirely sure why I came to work today. I have literally nothing to do and have a tradition of taking my bday off. But didn't for some reason. *pout* Maybe I'll leave early....

Yes, I have tried cold-brewing iced tea. I enjoy either cold-brewing or hot-brewing for iced tea. Both are preferrable to tea out of a bottle.

This morning--another mug of jasmine green. Yesterday--white peach.

Nope, the big three oh. But that doesn't mean I have to stop acting like I'm 20. Or 12. Whatever. :D

Happy birthday, Auggy!!! :D

Any plans for the night? Dinner out? Presents? (like new ware or leaf?)
Although my neighbors are all barbarians,
And you, you are a thousand miles away,
There are always two cups on my table.

Thanx to TeaChat I tried cold brewing for the first time this year. I knew about it before, but you guys put me over the edge. Cold brewed sencha is just crazy good. I love it.

This morning's Adagio Golden Monkey gave way to my current cup of Yutaka Midori. The YM has such a thick fullness.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Auggy.
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!

Happy Birthday Auggy!

Puerh for me this morning, a sample of 2003 Song Pin Imperial (shu):

And the wax is finally melting off my tea beast, he's looking less like glazed ceramic these days:

30's the new 20 anyways, and go home early. it's no fun being bored on your birthday.
