I'm with CynTEAa - the waiting bit isn't fun. I'm not patient enough to wait for cold brewing and don't plan ahead enough to have it on hand when I want it. I've done it before and enjoyed it, but I'm just overall not a huge iced tea fan.CynTEAa wrote:First time just last week, actually! Added ice to my kyusu with some first flush sencha. Mmmm, so smooth and sweet. The only problem was the waiting.
I'm not entirely sure why I came to work today. I have literally nothing to do and have a tradition of taking my bday off. But didn't for some reason. *pout* Maybe I'll leave early....

Any plans for the night? Dinner out? Presents? (like new ware or leaf?)

Thanx to TeaChat I tried cold brewing for the first time this year. I knew about it before, but you guys put me over the edge. Cold brewed sencha is just crazy good. I love it.
This morning's Adagio Golden Monkey gave way to my current cup of Yutaka Midori. The YM has such a thick fullness.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Auggy.
