It's really hard to tell if the foot is actually different, but the general shape of the pot looks like the Chatsford-styled pots. There's a bunch in lots of different colors here.

Hrmm... I'll poke around at that place and see what i can find.

The two things that are sticking out for me are the handle curves way down and attaches more toward the base of the teapot, and it looks like it has shrinkwrap on it tells me it's not something antique (although they could easily do that.... I'm grasping here )...

What I think you're thinking is shrinkwrap looks more like some tape to hold the lid down. It's just taped down in an X pattern over the top.

When looking at tea houses in Mississippi just now on TeaMap, I noticed one of the shops has a pic of some teapots they carry, and some of them looked like they could be what you're looking for.

But the image resolution wasn't good enough to say for sure.
