So who likes Kukicha? or otherwise? If so where have you received your favorite from?

I like it. I haven't tried that many (Adagio and Dens I think are the only ones) but I enjoyed both.

Kukicha rox! I do not always have a bag open, but maybe half the time. I prefer the green, but sometimes roast my own instead of buying houji kukicha. I enjoy the Den;s, but found Hibiki-an's to be the best ... however I have not ordered from H-A in almost a year and did not have their 2008 harvest.
Also, kuki is great for blending, adding a different dimension to other Japanese teas and "grain teas."
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!

I've only tried Den's, but it's one of my favorites.

I havent had much exposure to it...well ive never tried it at all yet. In an email string I had with a japanese vendor I bought from I asked him what he likes to drink personally..Kuckicha was his answer as he liked "mellow and soft" tea. I thought that was interesting thus I posed the question here as I hadnt seen much on it in the forums either

I love Kukicha. I have tried Uji nu Tsuyus and one from Stockholm Tea Centre. The UnT one was buttery and vegetable. The STC one was lighter and more floral. It had way more leaves in it while the one from Uji nu Tsuyu had no leaves at all.
The noise comes from the other side of the mirror

I kid you not, the one from Hibiki-an reminds me of a warm tropical sea breeze.

I have the one from Den's. I like it...it is easy, mild and green! I do plan on having some around all the time.

Adagio's kukicha was my first love among Japanese teas. I also enjoy Den's kukicha. I've never found a sencha or a gyokuro that I enjoyed as much. I feel as if I ought to "graduate" to sencha or gyokuro, but I always return to kukicha.

I like Den's Tencha-Kuki Houjicha (yes that fits into many categories!). I also like Gyokuro Kuki Cha from White Crane Tea. However that is really a blend of gyokuro leaves and kukicha.

Love green kukicha. I also brew up some roasted "twig" tea from time to time.

i like to have kukicha with sweets.
my usual go-to is maeda-en's blender's kukicha,
but my current favorite is from a mystery bag that my mother sent me.
