Drinking more of the only Sencha I have on hand (soon to be remedied by the OTTI :mrgreen: ), Maiko's Shincha Kinari. This tea is really finicky and comes out different every time I have it. Or maybe I just suck at brewing Sencha? :lol: I have had pretty good/consistent luck ...

Iannon - I've had Maiko's Maruyama ... do you (or anyone else) have any recommended parameters? ... how I prep it as well 1:1 at 140-145 for 90 full seconds. I enjoy it at least. But yea...kinari is bigger brighter bolder.. To me at least..your mileage may vary! Thanks for your suggestions ...

I tried..oh..perhaps a dozen shinchas/senchas or so..i think this year my fav was the Maiko Kinari. the light teamed teas have risen above in my choices lately. I also loved Maiko Kinari. Actually, I loved almost everything from both Shincha OTTIs! :shock: :mrgreen: ...

iannon, how do you order this tea? The website is impossible for me to understand. Good Question! ... good..are they my favorite? probably not..do they beat out O-cha's Warashina or Maiko's Kinari in Flavor? not quite for me..but they do have longevity in the steeps. Heres whats up ...
