194 Degrees F?

by ljfnord » Jan 17th, '19, 10:21

I received a new electric kettle that has come in very handy, with one exception: it doesn't have a setting for 194 degrees F, which some of my black jasmine teas require. It skips from 190 degrees straight to 200 degrees.

Without getting a thermometer involved, what is the quickest and easiest way to deal with this?
