I recently bought this from Yunnan Sourcing. it says to rinse the tea first.
I forgot to do that and I brewed it. It came out lovely.
Highly recommend this black tea. Maybe I'm desensitized to caffeine or maybe its just not that high in content. It was refreshing though.

Can someone remind me why some teas need to be rinsed?
Is that important or merely optional?
