Which black tea contains more caffeine? Yunnan goldrush black tea, or Assam Rembeng black tea?
In this hypothetical scenario both teas would be the same measured amount 1 teaspoon, steeped for 3 minutes, with 8oz of water just off the boil, and milk in a cup.
Or do they both contain the same amount of caffeine?

I go under the impression that teas that have more 'buds' contain more caffeine. So, a tea with more buds will be more caffeinated.
