Samovar/Turkish style tea

Hello.I am curious to this type of tea brewed in Russian Samovar and Turkish double teapot(caydanlik) style.

Are the leaves left in the smaller teapot afterwards or should the the tea concentrate be filtered and poured into another teapot??

It is kind of confusing.I recently purchased a double teapot and some Turkish Caykur tea and have trying to brew up a good pot.It seems simple enough but I looked around at a few recipes and it seems there are a few variables such as amount of tea, amount of water to add and how long to brew it (cook it).

Also some people say to add the dry tea to the smaller pot as the lower boils to heat the leaves, some also say wash the tea to clean it and then put it in the smaller pot while the lower boils to "steam" the leaves.

I remember there was a thread about Turkish tea when i first joined Teachat so I figured this would be a good place to ask .

P.S this is the tea I got.The leaves are very small. They look about the same as Lipton loose tea.
