Just out of curiosity, doesn't the fact that these automatic dispensing pots keep the water warm and repeatedly reboil it have a negative impact on the flavor of the tea? I always thought that to get the best flavor, you needed to start with fresh, cold water every time you make tea. I'm planning on opening my own tea shop within the next year or two and I'm trying to figure out the best system for heating water in the shop. I really don't want to use anything plastic (though that will be hard to avoid), and I want it to be quick. Any suggestions?
