Hello,
I am looking for a few good books on tea for an absolute beginner. I'd like a book that discusses brewing techniques, kinds of tea, tasting and etc..
I have heard of a few good ones but am not sure where to begin. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks, Daniel

Here are 2 that I especially enjoyed:

http://www.amazon.ca/Harney-Sons-Guide- ... 055&sr=1-5
You might also try TeaClass, by Adagio:

I liked the Harney & Sons Guide for the description of comparative tastings--that was super helpful in developing my tea appreciation.
The Story of TEa by Heiss & Heiss gives a great photographic tour of tea countries, tea growing, tea processing, and tea brewing.
