Mint Flavour Combinations

Hey, I am making my own horse mint tea and was wondering if anyone had any ideas what flavours would go well with mint?? The taste is similar to peppermint if that's any help.

I often drink spearmint tisanes. It's just pure dried spearmint, no other flavours added.

I think some great combos with mint could be:

Sencha
Cacao Nibs
Lavender
Rose
Hibiscus
Holy Basil/Tulsi
Lemongrass
Lemon Balm
Citrus Peels
Eucalyptus (eucalyptus in small doses only as high amounts can be toxic. A very small amount combined with mint and lavender might be great for relieving sinus pressure, though)
