I am always on the hunt for a delicious dessert tea. The best one that I have found thusfar is bagged-- The Mighty Leaf Vanilla Bean. The fact that it is in bags is not as much of a problem as the fact that it is caffienated. Can anyone recommend any noncaffienated, loose leaf, flavored after-dinner brews? I plan to buy from both Adiago and Upton in the next week.
Thank you very much for any advice, and remember that I am young and relatively new to high-quality teas.
Perhaps Rooibos rather than tea? It's caffeine free and Adagio carries some really nice flavors (have yet to try them but between the reviews in the store and the talk in the rooibos section of the board, they seem to be winners).
You could always decaffeinate your tea by steeping for 30 seconds, pouring out the cup and then pouring new water and steeping for the normal time. It gets rid of the majority of caffeine. It's a good substitute if you can't find the flavors you want in decaf.
