I am a food technologist and i am interested to know about improving the quality of dry tea ( especialy iranian tea) and how can i make a good tasted tea. Thank you for your help. Yours sincerly :

First, keep your tea in a dark, airtight container. Also, when steeping your tea make sure you use fresh cold water, preferably filtered to start with. As soon as the water starts to boil, remove it from the heat and pour directly over your tea leaves. Time 3-5 minutes, I always use 4 (except with green teas), remove your leaves and drink.
