Interesting to see the white frost on the cake. The neifi is not stained at all, which is a bit odd to me, especially in reference to a different cake he thinks might not be all it seems, based on the neifi looking a bit fake. I like the look of the cake, and do wonder what it is like to brew. Do you think the new owner is chomping at the bit the pull a chunk out and brew it up ? Or is it just an investment -

I believe the expression is champing at the bit, which I certainly be doing if in possession of a 73K bing.

It looks very suspect, actually, this cake.... compression is far too tight for something purportedly so old.
