Maps of tea producing areas?

by Marco » Nov 19th 12 8:04 pm

Hello all

Just read about the 26 mountains of Yunnan.
If someone is interested: http://www.the-leaf.org/The_26_Mts_of_Yunnan.html

Does anyone know maps on the web where this tea producing areas are shown? I am hoping for a complete one, but parts are welcome as well :)

We lack good maps of all of Lancang's producing areas. Also need a good map for Bangdong county. Yunxiang only has the White Warbler mountain, right?

A *complete* as of 2012 map of Yiwu's producing areas would be helpful. No map of Yiwu I've seen has all of the important villages. So would a complete map of Banzhang mountain and Bulang in general. Yibang also sorta needs a complete map.

"dabanzhang" is the name of the tea they sell apparently: maybe this is the map of the places where they buy their maocha? i'm not able to understand much... But well it's a rather big part of the bulang area on this map

So, in real estate terms, "banzhang-adjacent"?

Hey, don't get rid of the map, still interesting nonetheless, as long as it's properly labeled :)

For example, it's totally clear why Xikong has such a distinct character from other Yibangs.
