What are we listening to right now ...

by LAC » Sep 10th 17 6:31 pm

Start this post; because I wonder while
we are in the forum what musical themes we hear
while we delighted with a cup of tea.
Green Tea (Kukitcha) Health!

Great topic! While I am here at work, I am currently listening to a mix on Spotify that features Tom Waits, Steve Winwood, and Van Morrison.

Astral Weeks is on par with the wheel, antibiotics and the internet, just without any of the side effects. Obviously the rest doesn't quite compare, though Moondance is great and most of his seventies stuff is worthwhile. It got wobbly after that, as did the man himself, but "Did ye get healed?" from 1987 is brilliant.

For my Bach is the maximum;
transports me and releases me,
positive energy;
sometimes relax, and others like
in his troubled and disillusioned age (Baroque)

Have a good weekend :wink:
