I am quite addicted to gyokuro and sencha but I drink many kinds of teas as well.
I hope to share here some experiences, especially on brewing parameters and of course discover new teas.
I buy most of my teas at
O-cha, Kaburagien and Hibiki-an (Japanese greens)
Teamaster (Puer and oolongs)
Palais des thés (Black, Chinese greens, Red)
