Hello tea lovers,
came across this site/chatplace and thought, why not register.
Hopefully I'm not the only European, let alone only Dutch......
Tea... Love a lot of them, just depending on daytime and mood.
Usually start out with Pu-Err or Black Tea (which I almost not drink....)
Followed by Ooolong variations (at least 4 sorts of it most of the times.
Afternoons with Green tea's (preferably Japanese Gyokuro)
Evenings often filled with White Tea's (where a white tea / Pu-Err region is favorite...
Steeping with Going Fu, Gaiwan or just a pot with a filter mesh in it.
Want to discover the Yixin's for the Oolongs!
Any tips in regards to the last are very, very welcome!
Size especially.
regards,
Philip

Hey Philip and Welcome!
We hope you'll find a lot of wonderful information here. At Adagio we have three sizes of yixing! http://www.adagiotea.co.uk/teaware/yixing.html. You'll just need to choose if you want to share with a friend or have it all to yourself!
Using one is a great way to add a little ceremony to your tea, keeping a little time for yourself.
I'll be here for all your Adagio and Administrator questions, and in the meantime, enjoy!
