I have just started experimenting with turmeric root. I have dehydrated the original root along with ginger and mint. The end result was putting it in the Ninja and turning it into a mixture for a diffuser. My question is has anyone benefitted from turmeric, any other root or herb. I will also be experimenting with ginseng which I am familiar with. The majority says it helps with inflammation. I would like to hear from someone that can say this popular belief does exist. I look forward to being friends with knowledgeable people on here. If you have any facts on any herbs, flowers, or any other root. I would love to hear about your experience.
