Thanks for all the great suggestions! I'm exicited to start trying some new Oolongs. Once I try some more and find out what I like best, I may splurge and get the higher quality stuff.
It's also great to find a place I can come and talk tea. Down here in Alabama people only drink sweetened iced tea. The idea of hot/unsweetened tea is completely foreign.

A good Oolong is a force of nature. Truly. It's something special.
