Thursday/Friday TeaDay 6/9-10/11 Night craving?

BYOT! Enter TeaChat here, you never know what you may find!

Inspired by FlyedPiper who decided to forego sleep and brew tea at 1 am. So, I wondered, when do you crave tea more. At night (when maybe you cannot have it) or in the morning? See topic.

Definitely at night, want it!

Wellll, yesterday's TeaDay is today's. Please continue to discuss Thursday's topic on Friday.

Also share what is in your cup throughout the day.

And feel free to discuss ... whatever ... after all, this is our TeaRoom.

We are all looking forward sharing this TeaDay with ... everyone. Bottoms up.

Good morning. I got a couple of big projects off of my back yesterday, so it's shincha this morning instead of rock tea. I am hoping for a relatively relaxing day for a change.

Kaburagien's ``88 nights'' for breakfast!

I tend to drink more tea in the evening...I don't know why. And I always cave into my cravings although it causes me to lose sleep. I wish the caffeine didn't have an impact on me.
Today, more saemidori sencha grandpa style. :D

After oolong and puerh yesterday, this morning I craved some green tea--Huang shan yun feng today. It's not a brilliant tea for many infusions, but with care it delivers some nice initial impressions.

Had my first taste of Yutaka Midori today. It's da bomb......

Five infusions later, it's time for lunch  .

Later, finishing off some DC that won't seem to die. Then either the rest of my maojian green or some more 2010 organic kabusecha.

Well, I NEED tea in the morning, I LOVE it after lunch, and I LIKE to play with tea (gongfu) when I get home from work in the evening.

I often get late night cravings, but I usually solve that by rebrewing the tea I had during the day for a few more cups. This way the caffeine should already be extracted and the tea is not strong.

I had some Mi Lan Dan Cong this morning, it came out quite nice with a small amount of tea in a 250 mL pot and 2 min / 4 min brews. At work I wanted to make a cup of medium oxidised traditional Tie Guan Yin, but I got distracted and remembered only after at least 5 min have past. The resulting brew was surprisingly good, with very nice taste and not bitter at all. I did a second brew for 2 min (quite nice) and a third for 5 min (not much taste left).

Currently, I'm trying to decide between tea and beer... It is Friday afterall... Hmm, maybe both?

Began the TD with YM LE 2010 with the Mrs. Next up, Yama no Ocho organic sencha.
