Finished a rushed day with another Hatsumi shincha session. I never have the same tea twice. But I am trying to figure this sencha out.

My 2nd attempt was hotter and just a little longer, this was not the solution. Now I know I must decrease. Sometimes sencha is so enigmatic that it is hard to figure out which way to adjust. Tomorrow I hope to nail this one down.
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!
