I went with average, though I could have picked "on par" as well. Even though I love Wuyi Oolongs, the other three Chinese tea types that I have tried have not been my favorites, so I figure that it probably averages out somewhere in there. The ranking could probably go up when I try other Chinese teas, especially if I find others that I love.
Today's teas were Organic Monk's Blend, Hashiri Shincha, and Blood Orange Rooibos.

Try mixing Peach White and Peach Oolong together, 50/50... makes a bit more full-bodied tea than White alone, and a softer, brighter profile than the Oolong alone .... or I also mix my Peach Oolong with my TKY when I only want a splash of flavor and more of an oolong taste.henley wrote:Ended the day trying Peach Oolong. Ending a pretty good TeaDay with Rishi's version of TeaFlowers. I was really concerned how different the dry aroma was when I opened the bag. But seems good.
The bag has pu-erh right up there in big print on the front of the bag. This requires some more research. Perhaps the much older Upton flowers that I had for several years were actually aging and improving the last few years???

Fred seems like a nice guy and lives kinda close to me. Between me and Henley at least. We've talked over emails and he's not having much luck selling his wares in local shops around here (which doesn't surprise me at all) so places like etsy.com are ideal for him.
