Finishing the TeaDay with home fired mugi/karigane. This batch of karigane was the first I pan fired. Not sure I nailed it, but it is good. :)

I drink tea with meals and without. I drink tea all day long. Here in my office, I have several tea cannisters...flavored herbal teas, white teas, and a blend of black and green...along with my sugar bowl, my favorite cup, and Adagio's utiliTEA kettle.

At home I keep a pot of tea going all day and evening. Estimate is that I drink approximately 8 to 10 cups of tea a day, all seasons but especially in fall and winter.
