For sale is this peculiar clay kettle. A bit difficult to describe, it has a inward canal from the bottom, thus making water heating a lot fast due to the larger surface exposed to the source of heat. Heating up inside out so to speak.
I had seen this kind of kettle a long time ago on the Teamasters blog and found one on a trip in China. Did not really use it in the end. As with many CZ kettles the workmanship is a bit rough. See pictures for all relevant details.
Volume: 500ml, but less is advisable to avoid spillover when water boils!
