Ink N Drink Marker tells you when tea is cooling

by Inkndrink » Feb 6th, '14, 14:05

Hi all-

I burned my tongue a few years ago and made a marker that tells you when your tea or coffee cools.

Thought this would be a cool, innovative little value add for the hot drink segment. So far feedback from shops say it is neat but it's hard to implement behind the counter due to time; they recommended putting it on a counter with a sign explaining what it did for customers to apply themselves.

Here's a 1 min vid: http://youtu.be/qWORQbA8l-w

What do you think? I'd love to hear feedback and would provide a few samples to people.

It's an interesting idea--I've burnt my tongue on tea more often than I care to admit--but mostly I am drinking from teawares that I would not dare use with a marker of any kind.

That is more suited to the teavana or starbucks crowd. I brew in single serving size due to multiple infusions.

Try emailing starbucks.
