questions about my signature blend

I have 2 questions about my blend that I made yesterday, Coconut Wave.

1-I placed an order for this blens and my order status says "on hold". What does this mean?

2-I downloaded a picture to put on my label yesterday, which showed up right after I did it, but when I checked it later in the day, my label was gone. ???

All orders that include signature blends are marked as 'on hold' when they go into the system. This allows us to batch all the custom blends at 3:00pm in order to process them the same day they are ordered. Your order was shipped and should arrive on Tuesday.

As for the label, for some reason, the image you uploaded was corrupted and could not be printed successfully. I would recommend trying to upload a new image for the 'Coconut Wave' signature blend.
