Depends, if it is a normal day nothing, if it is a day dedicated to tea, I often like to drink sheng Pu Erh or HM taiwanese oolong.

Houjicha would be the only tea I can drink in the evening. Otherwsie the caffeine keeps me awake (and no, let's not talk about decalf)

Usually oolong, usually yancha. But sometimes it's gyokuro when I have an open bag of it.

I rarely start a new set of infusions of a caffeinated tea within an hour of going to bed, but may continue infusions started earlier, of any type of tea, or start an herbal tea that won't have caffeine. In the evening, before that last hour or so before bed, any tea, depending on what I had earlier in the day.

Primarily, I sit for focused tea around 2-4 p.m. and this is my main, meditative, intentional pour for the day, going for 6-10 rounds. I usually won't do a focused sitting any later than 7 p.m. However I will settle for a relaxed 3-4 rounds of sencha in the evening, even after 7 p.m., usually 1.5-2g of leaf in a small 60ml "shino gaiwan." I find that the sencha usually just clarifies and "warms" me a bit and does not interfere with my sleep as long as I don't pour too late.
