I'm having a same problem than some people have with Jing. I ordered some tea couple weeks ago. I got order confirmation, but then nothing and the order is still in 'processing' mode in their website. I've tried to ask them about my order twice and no answer. Is this normal to them.

Ordered the 25th, email on the 27th with tracking number, track and trace shows it departing Guangzhou customs 29th...

It looks on track to be home before I am! (I'm on seasonal work 500km south of the farm until sometime mid May)

I noticed there is couple threads about Jing where people had same kind of problem. No answering etc. That's why I mentioned them.

I am just guessing but maybe they are busy with new year's harvests?

I'm assuming the same, spring is busy time for tea shops. I will wait a week or two and try again.

They apologized for the delay and then I deleted the complaint.

I ordered from them several times. Always got my stuff, but you're right, I waited 4-8 weeks, never had a reclamation though.
