White tea polphenols

by teachat » Jun 8th, '05, 19:12

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had data on the average quantity of polphenols in white tea vs. green tea? I have read on several articles on the Internet that white tea has a similar polphenol makeup as compared to green tea but in greater quantities.

Also, if anyone knows, what is the fluoride content of white tea vs. green?

Thanks!

I was reading an artical on the internet about white and green teas. They were saying that white has 10% more Polyphenols than green tea does. Hope that helps a little.
