For the white and green teas, or tea in general: how much are the health benefits reduced with multiple steepings? I typically steep my tea two or three times (I drink both white and green); the flavor remains, but what about the health benefits?

There have been very few reports on this subject, but from what I've read, most of the health benefits (as well as the caffeine) are imparted in the first cup. Additional cups will have flavor, but that's about it.
