Recommend me a sencha from O-Cha

Made from leaves that have not been oxidized.

I would probably brew sae midori like this:

4 grams per 5 ounces - 165 to 175F, for 1 minute.

2nd steep: 20 seconds (30 if you want more intensity) at around 180F

3rd steep: 1 minute at around 180F

4th steep: 190F for 2 minutes.

Heh ... brew it bolder! If you do not turn green when drinking, you are using too little leaf. :mrgreen:

5 grams per 4 ounces. 150 ish degrees for 45 to 60 seconds ... maybe even longer.
