Recommend some Chinese greens...

by stockman » Dec 29th, '14, 13:25

Hi!

I have tried long jing, mao feng, bi luo chun and and ji bai pian and I'm looking for an other good chinese green (I want something with a minimum of quality).

Can you recommend me something?

regards

Well, I would recommend Anji Bai Cha. One of the best Chinese green I've tasted so far but I've heard that the 2014 overall quality wasn't that high (couldn't taste if for myself) so you'll have to find a trustworthy vendor.

Why not go to the website of a good vendor and look at the pictures and read the descriptions. I consider the photos because I've found that I tend to prefer tea with flat leaves, such as An Ji Bai Cha and Tai Ping Hou Kui as opposed to curly leaves. If you're in the US Tea Trekker is a good vendor with reasonable prices, sample sizes and 2 ounce bags.
