That quote. :D I'm guessing Joel must have deleted the original?

On Topic:

I just placed an order for some of Den's powdered sencha ($8 for 30g! ). I'm planning on adding it to water in a bottle for a nice bottle of tea at work. It comes loose, in a bag, so I'll have to devise a contraption to carry it in before mixing. I'll let everyone know how it fares.

I've seen powdered sencha drink mixes at other Japanese vendors, and many of them have added sugar. It makes me wonder if this drink may need the sugar. However, that will be an easy add.
:D

To the lab!

LOL, yah I think I answered my own question on matcha and then I must have deleted that part :) There I go, wreaking havoc with the space-time continuum!
