O-cha didn't send my Gyokuro :(

Made from leaves that have not been oxidized.

O-cha didn't send my Gyokuro :(

by Jack_teachat » Sep 8th, '08, 06:24

I got my package from O-cha through the post this morning but only the packet of Yutaka Midori was to be found, the Gyokuro Sho-Un was nowhere to be seen . They did send me a plastic Gyokuro spoon though! I've emailed kevinrm@o-cha.com with a copy of my invoice etc so hopefully he will be able to help.

Has this happened to anyone on here before? If so how was it rectified?

Jack

Already got a reply from Kevin, man that was quick!
Hi,

Sorry for that mistake, we'll send you one out by express mail ASAP. You should have it in about 4-5 days.

Regards,

Kevin

Just realized the same thing happened to me. My Sencha Miyabi is not in my shipment :( Sent a mail to them now, hopefully it will be fixed as well.

Maybe I should order the 2 new teas to test this. But I suspect foul play on the part of your delivery people!!!!

That is odd, I have placed many many orders with them and never a shorted  .

Have been ordering since January and this is the first time such a thing has happened. I don't think it was anything to do with the Royal Mail (British Postal Service), both the box and the clear plastic bag which the teas are enclosed were perfectly sealed.
