I'm doing a little test to determine how my two cheap, "lower" quality clay teapots affect and could improve the quality or flavor of the tea, compared to brewing in a gaiwan. This is to determine whether these cheaper clay teapots are worth using at all, and to provide some experimentation for others.

Thank you. That makes sense. No, I'm from the US. I do prefer Chinese and Taiwanese tea. Also, where should I post a thread asking everyone about how long they steep teas gong-fu, in a gaiwan.
